The BIO
Brianna Kerr is a leader in sustainability and social impact.

Brianna began her career working in international development with roles across India, Malawi, and Indonesia, gaining hands-on experience in some of the world’s most challenging environments.

Later, Bri co-founded Kua, a climate-positive enterprise that supports smallholder coffee farmers in Uganda. Under her leadership, Kua built impact partnerships with global brands such as Canva, PwC, and Spotify, and was recognised with awards from WWF, the Banksia Foundation, and the Global Solutions Initiative for its innovative approach to climate justice.

Brianna was named a Westpac Future Leaders Scholar, and is a sought-after consultant and speaker, having worked with organisations like the World Bank and Blackbird VC, lectured with the Centre for Social Impact, and supported the Global Solutions Initiative.

In 2024, Brianna founded Five Bucks a giving circle opening the world of philanthropy up to every Australian.

The real Brianna

Fridge Magician

Bri can turn any leftovers into culinary magic. Got a third of a tub of sour cream, celery stalks, & some questionable herbs? Sounds like the soup of dreams. Fiercely anti-food waste, she was recently gifted an apron that says: “Masterchef of Scraps”.

Mountain G.O.A.T

From the rugged Larapinta Trail in Australia’s Northern Territory to remote Ugandan coffee routes to hiking up Malawi’s highest peak, her love of nature and adventure has taken Bri to some of the world’s most breathtaking places.

Empathy Engine

Bri is someone people turn to when they need a listening ear, a good laugh, or heartfelt advice. Her gift for connecting with others, offering support, and creating a safe space is something she considers a true privilege.
